Responsible for growth of our
aerospace customer based in addition to the development of new business
opportunities for the NA aerospace business segment.

Assist in the development of
innovative bearing solutions for aerospace customers via new products
for applications in which there are substantial growth opportunities.

Utilize CRM as primary tool to
document and report all customer related activity.

Maintain, service, and grow
existing aerospace customer base through existing and new business
opportunities. (estimation 40% of sales time)

Expand customer base by
penetrating new aerospace customers, geographic locations and bearing
platforms. (Estimation 60% of sales time). Skills to include identifying
and pursuing new aerospace customers by insertion of current
technologies into customers current spend while seating new products into
those customers

Help identify new tribologial
technologies or adjacent technologies that existing or potential
aerospace customers require to grow their business.

Responsible for producing yearly
/ monthly business activities within established budget constraints by
defining the targets, tasks, and expected results.

Prioritize daily work by timely
consulting with aerospace management team.

Willingness to complete weekly
and biweekly business trips to aerospace customers within NA locations.

Ability to produce annual /
monthly strategies for key accounts and entire territory, to ensure
aerospace growth numbers are met or exceeded.

Ability to work
as a team and to work toward the greater good of the aerospace segment
rather than self.

Must be able to work effectively
in a fast pace environment and work several assignments at once.

Self-motivated and ability to
meet stringent deadlines, while still producing quality work.

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Considered oneself
as a servant leader. Must put the group needs ahead of self.

Enjoy the hunt
and pursuit for new customers and business.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in product
specification/technical sales into aerospace marketplace.

Have established contacts with aerospace customer
base.

Must have strong capabilities in development and
growth of sales territories.

Excellent time management skills.

Technical/Business Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
work experience. Engineering degree a plus.

Computer proficiency in
Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Programs.
