Education and/or Experience:

- Must have a minimum of five years industry application and engineering experience.  
- Must possess BSME or equal.  
- Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.  (Bearing experience a plus)

The successful candidate will be part of a pro-active, highly skilled engineering team providing innovative technical solutions products and services to our customers.  These customers industries include paper, steel, mining, petrochemical, cement, power and food.

BOS CA ICD

Summary:

The Integrated Circuits group in our Palo Alto office currently has 10 openings in an advanced development environment for Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuit Designer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Design, implementation, and prototype characterization of integrated circuit design for sensor applications, as well as dedicated circuits blocks such as A/D and D/A converters, PLLs, oscillators, voltage and current references, etc.

·       Advanced design for groups within Bosch product development. Will be instrumental in establishing the connection between research and product development.

·       Will be working in a team with IC designers in the US and Germany. International travel and/or assignments possible.

Education/ Training/ Work experience required:Ph.D. or Master's degree in electrical engineering is required. Several years of industrial experience is required.

Specialized knowledge and skills required:

·       Analog and mixed-signal IC design from system to transistor level.

·       Knowledge of signal processing and system design/simulation. Knowledge of sensor concepts is a plus.

·        Experience with circuit-level simulators, schematic entry and layout tools as well as system-level simulation in Matlab/Simulink.

·       Ability to work independently.

Summary

Actively shape research landscape for innovative and competitive wireless solutions in future Bosch products. Research and develop algorithms and systems toward state-of-the-art prototypes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts for advanced sensors in automotive and consumers applications. Holistic definition of sensor concepts, prototyping and characterization.

  • The work contributes directly to the Bosch product pipeline. Transfer of results to development departments.

  • Will be working closely with sensor development engineers in the US and Germany.

Required Skill set:

  • PhD or Master's degree in engineering (EE, ME, or related) required. Industrial experience is a prerequisite.

The successful candidate will be a talented SAP Technical Analyst to support the corporate office by analyzing Time Management unit needs and provide the IT solution to meet those needs. Will also act as Project Leader for all new systems in the business area, coordinate activities between business unit and technical staff, develop new methods, policies, and procedures to meet the business needs, and will act as primary trainer in education of the business unit as it relates to business applications.

The successful candidate will be charged with growing the Midwest sales territory and to assume leadership of the Inside Sales Team located in NJ.  This position will be based out of the home office located in Springfield, NJ.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Direct sales for Midwest territory by making calls to customers in this territory
- Manage inside sales team from home office in NJ
- Ability to handle both skills described above

Experience and/or Education:

- BSME degree
- 3-7 years of technical sales experience applying custom products for high-tech, industrial, aerospace or military
- 25% travel based out of NJ
